How do I download the Raabta app?

You can download the Raabta app directly from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

Is the app available for both Android and iOS?

Yes, Raabta Resident app is available on both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring easy access for all residents.

What information do I need to sign up?

To create an account, you will need to provide:

    • Name,
    • Email,
    • Password,
    • Select Society Name,
    • Father’s Name,
    • CNIC,
    • Cell Number,
    • Current Address,
    • Permanent Address,
    • Home Phone,
    • Office Phone,
    • Gender,
    • DOB, and
    • Upload Residence Document.

Your society may also verify your membership before granting access.

How do I verify my account?

Your Society Admin will verify your membership before granting access. You will receive verification via email.

Can I use Raabta on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in on multiple devices using the same account credentials.

How do I update my profile information (name, contact, apartment details)?

Go to Profile. Edit Profile in the app. Update your information and save changes. Some updates, like apartment or society details, may require admin approval.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Go to Profile. Click on Edit Profile in the app and tap Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset password.

If I dont recieve an OTP or verification code, what should I do?

Check your Internet connection. Ensure your phone number or email is correct. Check your spam/junk folder for emails. If you still don’t receive it, tap Resend OTP or contact your society admin.

Can I change my registered phone number or email?

Yes, you can update your contact details in Profile Settings. Changing your phone number or email may require admin approval.

Is my data secure on Raabta?

Raabta uses encrypted servers and follows strict data privacy protocols to ensure that your personal and society information is safe.

How do I pre-approve a visitor?

Go to the Visitors section in the Raabta app, enter required details, and the guard will be notified automatically.

Can I create a one-time visitor pass?

Yes, Raabta allows you to create one-time visitor passes with a unique QR code or passcode that your visitor can show at the gate for instant entry.

How will I know when my visitor arrives?

You will receive an instant notification on the Raabta app as soon as your visitor checks in at the gate.

Can I approve or deny entry requests remotely?

Yes, all entry requests appear as real-time notifications in the app, and you can approve or deny access from anywhere.

How do I check my visitor history?

In the Visitors section, you can see a list of all past visitors, showing Name, CNIC, and Contact of each visitor.

Can I schedule recurring service staff entries (maid, driver, gardener)?

Yes, you can add and schedule recurring staff in the app for a certain time before renewal of passes. Guards will verify and allow entry based on this schedule.

What happens if I accidentally deny a visitor?

If you deny entry by mistake, you can re-approve the visitor from the Visitors tab, or the guard can re-send the request for your confirmation.

The Visitor module is directly linked to the guard’s device at the gate, so all visitor entries and approvals are managed in real-time.

Can guards call me directly through the app for verification?

Yes, the Contact Occupants module allows guards to initiate an in-app call for verification or other purpoes.

How secure is the visitor verification process?

Raabta ensures multi-step verification, including visitor details, QR code, and real-time approvals, to keep your community safe.

How do I report a maintenance issue in my apartment building or society?

Go to the Complaints section in the Raabta app, tap New Complaint, select the category, add a picture and describe the issue.

Can I attach images to a complaint?

Yes, you can attach photos to help the management understand and resolve your issue faster.

What types of complaints can I submit through the app?

You can submit In-Society complaints related to common area maintenance etc.

How do I request common area maintenance (lifts, lights, parking, etc.)?

Go to the Complaints section in the Raabta app, tap New Complaint, and describe the issue.

How can I track the status of my complaint?

All your complaints appear in Complaints section on the app, where you can see the current status:

    • Pending,
    • In Progress, or
    • Resolved.
How do I report urgent issues like water leaks, electricity failure, or security concerns?

Create a new complaint as soon as the issue is noticed.

How will I receive official announcements from the management?

All official announcements appear in the Notification section of the Raabta app, and you also get push notifications for important updates.

Will I get notified for urgent notices like water shutdowns or security alerts?

Yes, Raabta sends instant notifications or Announcements and may also trigger Email alerts for critical notices and emergencies.

Can I message the society management through the app?

Yes, you can use the built in Help option to send messages directly to the society admin.

Can I send suggestions or feedback to the committee?

Yes, you can use the App Feedback or Help option to send messages directly to the society admin.

How do I know about upcoming events in the society?

Notifications are sent for new or upcoming activities, and Annoucements inform all Residents of upcoming events.

How does Raabta ensure my personal data is secure?

Raabta uses data encryption, secure servers, and privacy protocols to keep your personal and community information safe.

Who can see my contact information?

Only society admins have access to your contact details.

Can other residents see my visitor history?

No, your visitor history is private and only visible to you and authorized security/admin staff.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?

Immediately change your password, enable any security verification options, and contact the management.

How is child safety ensured through the app?

The app allows controlled visitor entry, guard alerts, and emergency notifications to help maintain a secure environment for children.

How do I update my profile picture or apartment details?

Go to Profile. Click on Edit Profile, update your details, and save changes. Some edits may require admin approval.

How do I log out of my account securely?

Go to Profile . Click Logout, and confirm. This securely ends your session on that device.

How do I delete my Raabta account if I move out?

Go to Settings and click on Delete Account. This will delete your account and all information.

My app is not loading, what should I do?

Check your internet connection, update the app, or restart your device. If the issue persists, contact support.

I am not receiving notifications, how can I fix it?

Ensure app notifications are enabled in your phone settings and in Raabta app settings.

What is the Raabta Admin app and how is it different from the Resident app?

The Raabta Admin app is designed for society admins, committee members, and management staff to manage residents, visitors, payments, announcements, and complaints.
The Resident app is for society members to receive updates, approve visitors, and submit requests.

How do I log in as an admin or committee member?

Use the Raabta web portal and log in with your admin credentials provided or approved by the society.

How do I add or remove admins?

Go to Users. Click on View Admin List. On the list in the Actions tab, click Delete.

How do I change my password or recover a lost password?

Go to Profile. Click on Edit Profile in the app and tap Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset password.

Can I access Raabta from both web and mobile?

No. The Admin portal is available only on the Web.

How secure is my admin account?

Admin accounts are protected with encrypted login, verification, and role-based access, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive data.

Is there a hieracrchal access to Admin accounts?

Yes, Raabta supports role-based and hierarchical access, where SuperAdmins have full control, access and visibility
and sub-admins have restricted permissions.

How do I add new residents to the system?

Go to Users. Click Create Occupants, and enter details to add Residents.

Can residents self-register, or do I need to approve them?

Residents can self-register through the Resident app, but admin approval is required before they can Login to their accounts.

How do I verify and approve a resident account?

Check the Pending Approvals section under Pending Occupants and approve or reject requests after verifying the details.

How do I edit or update resident details like apartment number, phone, or email?

Go to Occupant List under Users, tap Edit under the Actions Tab, update the information, and save changes.

Can I remove a resident who moves out?

Yes. Simply delete or remove the resident’s profile from the system from the Occupant List.

Can I track resident activity in the app?

Yes. Admin can view an Occupant’s Family Members, Vehicles, Emergency Contacts and Visitors.

How does Raabta help me manage visitors in the society?

Raabta provides a centralized visitor management system where admins can track, approve, and log visitor entries,
ensuring smoother and more secure access control.

Can I monitor visitor approvals in real time?

Yes, the Admin web portal let you see all visitor requests, approvals, and denials instantly.

How do I see who is currently inside the premises?

You can check the Activity section on Admin Dashboard, which shows all visitors currently inside, along with their
check-in times and dates.

How do I manage delivery boys, couriers, and service providers?

All delivery and service personnel are logged and tracked in real time via visitor Managemnet module, and you can approve or deny their access instantly.

Can I add regular or recurring staff (maid, driver, gardener) to the system?

Yes, recurring staff can be registered for a certain timeframe, allowing automatic or pre-approved entry.

How do I view all complaints submitted by residents?

All resident complaints appear in the Complaint Management section, where you can view details, and take action.

Can I assign complaints to specific staff members?

Yes, complaints can be assigned to the relevant staff (Technicians) for quick and organized resolution.

How do I track pending and resolved complaints?

Complaint List shows status of each Complaint, Pending, In Progress, Done.

Can I categorize complaints (electrical, plumbing, general)?

You can assign each complant to specific Technician (Electrician, Plumber etc.) for better organization.

Can residents attach images or videos to complaints?

Yes. Attachments like photo help staff identify and resolve issues faster.

How do I mark a complaint as resolved and notify the resident?

Complaint status is updated by Technician and can be viewd by the Admin.

How do I create and issue monthly bills?

Go to Invoices on the Admin portal and click on Create Invoice. Fill all necesarry details and save changes to generate
an invoice for a Resident.

How do I check which residents have paid and which are pending?

Check Status on the Invoice List to view bills that are either payed or are pending.

Can I send payment reminders to residents?

Yes, you can send automated or manual reminders via push notifications, SMS, or email to residents with pending dues.

Can I download receipts or payment reports for auditing?

Each individual Invoivce can be downloaded and printed.

How do I send an announcement to all residents?

Use the Announcements feature to broadcast messages to all residents, which will appear as in-app notifications.

Can I send urgent alerts like water shutdown or security notifications?

Yes, urgent alerts can be sent instantly via Announcements and can also trigger SMS and email notifications for maximum visibility.

How do I ensure residents receive and acknowledge important notices?

Residents receive push notifications, and the Announcements are sent to everyone in the Society.

How do I register and manage security guards on Raabta?

Use the Users feature to register Guards, assign login credentials, and track their activities.

How do I add society staff like cleaners, gardeners, or maintenance teams?

You can register all society staff in the Admin app, assign roles and monitor activity.

How can I monitor which staff member is on-site in real time?

The Activity Log on Dashboard gives clear visibility to Admins for monitoring all activities.

How do I view visitor logs and daily entry reports?

Admins can view the Activity Log on the Admin Dashboard or view the Visitors QR applied List under Users.

Who can see resident contact details in the admin app?

Only authorized admins can view resident contact details. Regular residents cannot see each other’s information

How does Raabta protect resident data?

Raabta ensures end-to-end encryption and secure storage.

Can I restrict access to certain admins or revoke their access?

Yes, you can edit roles or deactivate admin accounts anytime from Admin Management to immediately revoke access.

What happens if my login device is lost or stolen?

Log in from another device and change your password immediately.

How can I ensure only verified staff and vendors access the society?

All staff and vendors must be registered in Raabta with photo ID and role details. Guards verify them further via the
Guard App before granting entry.

I cannot log in to my admin account, what should I do?

Check your internet connection, ensure login credentials are correct, and try Forgot Password if needed.

Some residents are not receiving announcements, how do I fix it?

Ensure notifications are enabled on their devices and in the app. You can also send Push Notifications individually as well.

The app is slow or not loading, how can I troubleshoot?

Check network connectivity, clear cache, or update the app to the latest version.
